Refunds & Cancellation

Nothing is sold directly through this website. Website development and graphic design projects start only after both sides sign a written proposal or agreement, and that document sets out the price, the payment schedule and the cancellation terms for the project.

Your rights under the law

If you are a consumer, you have the cancellation rights given by the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010, including for agreements made at a distance (by email, phone or online). Nothing in this policy or in a proposal limits those rights.

Cancelling a project

• Send a written cancellation notice to [email protected], including your name and the project name. We confirm receipt in writing.
• Where the law gives you a right to cancel, we refund what you paid within the period the law sets, less only the deductions it allows, for example for work already delivered.
• Otherwise, the cancellation terms in your signed proposal or agreement apply, including payment for work completed up to the date of cancellation.

Cancelling Lucient Care

Lucient Care is an optional monthly maintenance and support plan. You can cancel it at any time by writing to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect when the law provides, and you are not charged for any month after it. Months in which the service was already provided are not refunded, unless the law says otherwise.
