About this website
The site presents our studio and our services. It is for general information only and is not an offer to enter into a contract. The projects shown under "Selected work" are studio concepts, as labelled on the page, unless stated otherwise.
Our services
Website development and graphic design projects are provided only under a written proposal or agreement signed by both sides. That document sets the scope, price, schedule, payment terms, ownership of the final work and the cancellation terms for the project. If it conflicts with these terms, the signed document applies. See also our refund and cancellation policy.
Lucient Care, our monthly maintenance plan, is provided under the same document or a separate agreement, and can be cancelled at any time as described in the refund and cancellation policy.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Lucient name and mark, text, graphics, designs, animations and code, is owned by Lucient Studios or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site in a way that breaks the law, harms the site or its visitors, or tries to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
Links to other sites
The site links to our profiles on third-party services such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. We don't control those services and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
No warranty and limitation of liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is", without a guarantee that it will always be complete, current or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from use of the site or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
